We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you’d like to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Return Your Order:

1. Request a Return: Email us at thirdavenuejewellery@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number. We’ll provide you with return instructions and the return address.
2. Pack with Care: Make sure the item is in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories.
3. Ship Your Return: Send your package via a trackable shipping method within 14 days after receiving the return address.
4. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 14 days via your original payment method. If you opted for store credit, you’ll receive a voucher of the same value.

Important Notes:

• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
• We strongly recommend keeping your shipping receipt and tracking details, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
